Server Improvements

hey all! I've been thinking about ways to improve the server, and figured it would be best to ask you guys! if you have any ideas on how to make this server nicer, you can dm me, or ping Tony (me) in #suggestions. not all ideas will necessarily become reality, but all ideas, big or small, will be considered. thank you!
