The Dragon Slayer is a man from the stars who hunts down dragons for their useful properties. He is the last of his kind and needed dragons badly. He made the locals in Medieval Times assume dragons are bad and dangerous. This caused the locals to give him permission to kill the innocent dragons. He was confronted by The Chaka and defeated.
First Appearance
The Dragon Slayer appeared in Chaka Who #2.9 where he was defeated by The Chaka.
